NBA 2K, a video game developed by 2K Games, is well-known for its precise depiction of a professional basketball league including NBA teams, players, and venues. NBA 2K24 is a 2023 release that is a pure action-packed version of the same franchise. But when the game crashes, everything misses the basket. NBA 2K24 or 2K23 Crashing on Xbox and PlayStation

- From the menu, choose Delete, then click OK to finish.
- To install NBA 2K24/2K23, navigate back to the Game Library, select Purchased from the left pane, and then click the icon.
